The recipe is very easy, it is not difficult to cook, it turns out an unusually tasty dish that is useful both for everyday nutrition and for the festive table.
For the filling, you can take any boiled chicken, pork, beef or turkey meat, also use boiled sausage, ham.

For one small fork of cabbage, take 200 gr.
boiled meat and 300 gr.
hard cheese.
We cut the meat into small cubes, rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

We mix cheese with meat, lightly pepper, if the meat is not salty, then you can lightly salt.
Add finely chopped greens (dill, parsley).

To prepare the batter, beat one egg with a whisk with salt, you can add spices to taste and add a glass of water and half a glass of flour.
Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

The dough should be the consistency of pancakes.
From cabbage leaves you need to cut off all the thick veins.
Boil cabbage leaves until soft, in a slow cooker on a steaming or baking mode, in salted water.

We take out and recline in a colander, let the liquid drain.
We put the filling on the boiled cabbage leaf and wrap it like on cabbage rolls, with an envelope.
Pour vegetable oil into the slow cooker, warm it up well in the “Frying” mode.

Dip the envelopes in batter and put in a slow cooker.
Fry on both sides until browned.
When all the envelopes are fried, turn off the multicooker, put everything back into the multicooker, close the lid and leave for fifteen minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
