To cook oyster mushrooms in a slow cooker you will need:

Mushrooms (oyster mushrooms) – 400 gr.

Carrot – 1 pc.
medium size.

Turnip onion – 1 pc.
medium size.

Sour cream – 150 gr.

Vegetable oil – 150 gr.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking process:

Wash and dry the mushrooms on a towel, chop, do not grind.
Cut the onion into rings or half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Pour the oil into the slow cooker, put the chopped onion there.

We turn on the slow cooker for the “Frying” mode for 30 minutes and pass the onion for 10 minutes, then add the carrots and fry for another 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste, stir and fry for another 10 minutes.

We overcook all the components with the lid open, the time is not given by the timer, since the time with the lid open is not counted.

We transfer the multicooker to the “Extinguishing” mode, add sour cream, mix and close the lid of the multicooker.
Turn off the multicooker after twenty minutes.
